1.What the report is

Any examples, benchmarks, figures, or references to other channels are illustrative only and are not a promise that you will achieve similar results.

5.Accuracy and completeness

The report relies on limited public data and automated methods, which may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate. We do not verify all underlying data, and we cannot see private analytics such as click-through rate, retention, traffic sources, or audience demographics. Because the report is provided free of charge, you acknowledge that this allocation of risk is reasonable. If any law does not allow the full exclusion of liability above, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims relating to the report is limited to one hundred US dollars (US $100).

Upload Strategy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google LLC, or any team, league, brand, or organization referenced in the report. All trademarks, logos, and channel names are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and commentary only. Your use of YouTube remains subject to YouTube's own terms.

10.No confidential relationship

Information you submit to request the report (such as a channel name and a work email) is handled under our privacy practices. Submitting a request does not create any obligation of confidentiality beyond what those practices and applicable law require.

11.Changes and availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the report, this page, or any related tool at any time, without notice. We may also update these terms from time to time. The version posted here at the time you request the report governs your use of it.

12.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the report or these terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

13.Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect, and the unenforceable part will be applied to the maximum extent permitted by law.
